The price per person includes:

Accommodation

  • all rooms have a bathroom, a balcony part, a TV set, a radio and Wi-Fi access

Meals to choose from
(diet is determined upon arrival):

  • low-calorie diet 1,000–2,000 kcal nutritionally balanced
  • fruit and vegetable diet
  • vegetarian and full caloric diet
  • herbs improving metabolism and mineral water

Sports activities package
(every day except Saturdays)

  • 6 x morning warm up 15 min
  • 6 x stretching 30 min
  • 6 x fitness 45 min
  • 6 x body ball 30 min
  • 6 x Nordic walking 90 min
  • swimming pool – aerobic exercise in water 45 min (additional fee PLN 15).
  • The program may be subject to minor changes.

Biological regeneration treatment package
(every week)

  • 1 x electrostimulation
  • 1 x facial massage
  • 1 x needle bath
  • 1 x HHP infrared massage
  • 1 x infrared sauna or dry sauna

Initial doctor’s appointment and nursing care

  • Blood pressure measurement, weight and medical history

Additionally:

  • free parking space
  • free Internet access
  • free entry to events organised by the facility (feast by the bonfire, disco, movie nights, meetings, lectures)

Services charged separately:

  • rollaway bed – PLN 35/day
  • animal stay – PLN 20/day
  • laundry service – PLN 20/laundry
  • transport from or to the airport, station, etc. (for a fee, contact the reception).

Cancellation conditions

Upon cancellation at least 2 months before the start of the holiday, 100% of the referral price will be refunded minus handling costs of: PLN 100 (handling costs calculated at PLN 100 per person).

For cancellations made less than 1 month before the beginning of the holiday, the deposit is not refunded. all free 11 stays excluded until further notice.
